Return Processes

1. When returning any part of your order, please email to our Customer Service at support@mail.cosyfoal.com first, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. 

2. Our Customer Service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. If your return request is accepted, most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

2. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

3. We will bear the return shipping cost or reissue due to product quality or our mistake.

4. Items with non-returnable marks cannot be returned.

5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

6. Please note that unsuitable products due to incorrect size selection and not contacting us to modify the information before shipment cannot be considered as a product quality problem and are the responsibility of the customer. We can provide free size exchange service, but customers need to pay the shipping cost for sending the original product back. After receiving and checking the original product, we will send the item with new size out. If you are not sure about the size choice, you can send an email or private message to contact us for help.

7. Please note that the customer is responsible for the loss or return of the package due to incomplete or incorrect information when placing an order and not contacting us before delivery.

8. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-cosyfoal

9. If the order contains a gift, and the gift is not returned with the order, the amount will be refunded after deducting the amount of the market price of the gift (based on the lower amount of the page price or the price of the goods at the time of purchase by the customer).

10. If a coupon is used in the order and part of the product is returned for a refund, the amount of the coupon will be apportioned according to the proportion of the product amount and refunded, and the part of the coupon that has been used will no longer be reissued or compensated.

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable. If the reason for returning is not due to quality issues of products or our mistake, you are responsible for the cost of the shipping fees.

Return Address

Please contact our Customer Service at support@mail.cosyfoal.com . You will receive a response providing the returning address in 1-2 business days.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Delivery methods

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: order verification, product customization, quality inspection and packaging. Since all of our products are custom made, it usually takes 3-5 days for the product to be produced after you place an order. All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for shipment within 5-7 days after the order is placed.

Delivery time: the time required to receive your order after your order is shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.

All packages have specific tracking information and can be tracked through the "My Orders" section or "Order Status" in your account.

Usually, our customers will not be charged customs duties. However, this happens from time to time due to increasingly stringent customs inspections.

We will not be liable for any loss caused during any natural disaster (including but not limited to flood, fire, tornado), terrorist attack or threat of terrorism, customs service strike/postal service strike, civil conflict, riot, invasion or occupation, Extreme weather conditions or telecommunications network failures.

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska cannot be delivered by courier.

3. Shipping
We are currently offering free shipping on orders over $49.99. For orders under $49.99, we will charge $7.99 for shipping.

If the package is returned due to insufficient/wrong address and contact information, the customer needs to bear the shipping cost of resending.

4. Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
Yes. We can ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but shipping times can take up to 25 business days. Customers ordering at APO/FPO/DPO addresses may need to go to a local courier for pickup.
